L&F Style Session

A: Wear well-fitting underwear to your Styling Session and bring two pairs of shoes that you would usually
wear.

• Underwear creates the foundations for all clothing, old or new. Wearing well-fitting under garments will best show how L&F clothes are designed to fit a woman's body.
• The idea of a Styling Session is to give you confidence in building and styling your wardrobe for your everyday life, whether that is work or play or both. By bringing with you the shoes you wear most often, you can ensure you are choosing clothing that compliments the wardrobe essentials you have already invested in.

A: Aim to arrive at the Style Studio 10 minutes before your Styling Session starts to give yourself time to relax and settle in with a cup of tea or coffee.

Based on the answers you gave in your booking form questionnaire, our stylist will have a pre-prepared rack of clothes specially curated for you.

Your 1 hour session will give you one-on-one time with the stylist to try on, discuss and grow confident in your style journey.

A: Parking is available at the front of the Style Studio. There is also plenty of street parking nearby.

A: No, the Style Studio and our stylist are exclusively yours during the hour of your session. You can relax and enjoy the personal styling experience!

The stylist will have a specially curated rack of clothing in your size ready for you to try on. You can then analyse and discuss outfits one-on-one with the stylist.

A: The aim of the Style Session is to focus on you and your clothing needs, so make the most of this time, without distractions.

Our expert stylist has all the styling and clothing knowledge you need so empower yourself to learn and develop so book this block of time as dedicated ‘me’ time.

There are several coffee shops nearby the L&F Style Studio where partners, friends and designated drivers can wait.

A: If you need to cancel or reaarange your Styling Session, no problem, just get in touch with us at our Gold Coast head office on (07) 5522 1733, or you email stylestudio@leinaandfleur.com.au.

For cancellations or to reschedule Styling Sessions we ask that you advise us no later than 48 (working) hours before your scheduled booking. Our stylist works hard to specially prepare for every appointment so save her energy for when you will be there to make the most of it!

A: No, we don’t hold cash on the premises so all payments need to be made by card, gift voucher or Rewards points.

A: Yes, L&F Rewards can be used to purchase a Styling Session but can't be put towards items purchased as part of the Styling Session.

A: If you don’t buy anything at the Styling Session, the $100 Booking Fee will be credited to your account as a gift voucher, for you to spend when you are ready. For more information, see Terms & Conditions

A: No, the details given in your booking questionnaire mean that your Styling Session is tailored to your needs.

Our stylist puts a lot of preparation into planning for specific customer sessions and a different guest arriving on the day will not get the best experience from clothes and advice meant for you.

To ensure that you get the most out of your Style Session, we advise that you lodge your exchange or return via our returns portal prior to your Styling Session.

A: Yes, the way to do this is with a Gift Card. This makes it easy for the recipient to book at date and time that suits her schedule.

You can choose from any of our Gift Card designs, they can all be applied to the Style Studio but if you'd like to be specific, there is a Style Studio Gift Card cover you can select when checking out. The amount you add to the Gift Card can be used by the recipient to put towards her Booking Fee and she will be able to redeem that total at the Styling Session.
